Tutoring Policies

Owl Learning Solutions (OLS) tutoring can be purchased by the session which last a maximum of 1 hour each.  Students are responsible for canceling scheduled tutoring sessions at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled tutoring time. If a student does not cancel a scheduled session at least 24 hours in advance, he or she will be charged in full for that session.  All tutoring sessions will be scheduled by OLS. If students do not attend any given session or do not cancel 24 hours in advance, they are not entitled to a refund or individual make-up session.

Transfers and Refunds

Tutoring sessions are non-refundable.  Purchased sessions expire 12 months after the date of purchase and are fully transferable and can be transferred to a person of your choosing. To transfer the purchasing party must notify OLS at least 1 week prior to transferring.   Unused Private Tutoring hours not transferred will be forfeited 12 months after date of purchase.

Owl Learning Solutions is committed to you and your child.  We will strive to bring the best out of your child by only employing top licensed professionals as tutors. We guarantee you will see a difference in your child once they begin studying with us or we will refund your money.  If after the 2nd session you are not satisfied with your child’s performance or the tutor for any reason, OLS will refund all purchased sessions minus a $25 administrative fee.  After 3 sessions all remaining sessions become non-refundable and subject to the transfers and refund policy.
